Event & Ministry Meeting Calendar

At this time, no events are to be scheduled until after the budget for 2010/2011 has been established.

Once the budget has been established and your Pastor/Director has approved your tentative event, please check the Daily or View by Location calendars prior to submitting a marketing plan for tentative ministry events. By doing so, this will help to avoid conflicts in scheduling and assure success for each ministry event. If possible, collaborate with other departments when planning an event.

If you have any questions, please contact your Pastor or Director.  Please advise administrative assistants if there have been any changes in your ministry calendars, for meetings or events. Thank you for your cooperation!

FORM SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Please download and save form to your computer. You are able to type directly into the data fields. When you complete the form(s), save and then send as an attachment in an email.

Please submit all forms electronically to the Administrative Assistant assigned to the Pastor or Director you report to.

-Use this form to request funds for your event or reimbursement.
-Use this form to itemize your budget request.
-Use this form to list the time and activities taking place on the day of your event.
-Use this form to book a facility room on the church property
-Use this form to request support from other MVCC ministries for your events.

-use this form to request copies of a filmed/recorded event

-Use this form to request support from the Video Ministry.
