Event & Ministry Meeting Calendar
At this time, no events are to be scheduled until after the budget for 2010/2011 has been established.
Once the budget has been established and your Pastor/Director has approved your tentative event, please check the Daily or View by Location calendars prior to submitting a marketing plan for tentative ministry events. By doing so, this will help to avoid conflicts in scheduling and assure success for each ministry event. If possible, collaborate with other departments when planning an event.
If you have any questions, please contact your Pastor or Director. Please advise administrative assistants if there have been any changes in your ministry calendars, for meetings or events. Thank you for your cooperation!
